Squier Affinity Stratocaster 20th Edition Reviews 4

I bought this guitar for $160 from a local store in a pack that came with a amp, gig bag, strap, ect..

It is very sturdy. I droped it plenty of times, not a scratch. Seriously. I is a very good beginner guitar. It will last. The intonation was great out of the box. The neck is good to, nice satin finish. And it will stay in tune for weeks if you don't use the wammy bar.

The tremolo bridge, the bridge tone knob, and the output jack. The tremolo bridge goes out of tune when you use it to bend. The output jack comes loose, and get some contact cleaner to help the connection. Other than that it's good to tighten up the screws on the neck, pickguard, strap buttons and the output.

It's above average. It will last a long time if you take care of it. The finish on it is INDESTRUCTABLE!

Good beginner/intermediate guitar. It isn't a very atractive type guitar, but ok for studio. I can pick up radio stations clearly though. So buy some sheilding tape. And people say it's made by Fender but it's not. It is a different company almost that pays to say that. If you are looking to buy this get a epiphone sg instead. The Sg special is the same price and is a lot better. But if you are set in your ways go ahead and ROCK! Oh wait, you can't with this guitar. Get a epiphone.
